Up-and-coming artiste clones Wizkid album on streaming platforms-Upcoming moniker artist Wise Kid has been under investigation after it was revealed that he had violated the law by placing music of Afrobeats stars, Wizkid, and several online channels.
The singer is alleged to have raked in $ 73,170 per month through October 2020 through the collection of his new album Wizkid, Made In Education at Apple Music, Amazon, Shazam, and Tidal.
An album by Wise Kid released on the hit platform “Lasgidi Mere,” the first change to “Made In Learning” by Wizkid. But despite the name change, all the songs on the album are Wizkid, including Essence, Ginger, Grace, No Stress.
Wise Kid also places similar ads on Wizkid. On Twitter, it’s @wisekidaya, while Wizkid is crossing @wizkidayo.
The wise boy drew attention to himself when he tweeted a recently deleted photo of Apple Music review titled “In God. The screen shows that in the last four weeks he has had 9.3 million views, listen daily 133.6k, and buy 1.2k tracks.
The wise girl has denied allegations of copyright infringement. He tweeted, “I’m the only actor coming. I don’t know anything about this but please I’m not a Wizkid distributor on Apple Music.”
He added that Freeme Digital, a digital music distribution company, is responsible for distributing its music.
However, Freeme Digital echoed Wise Kid’s tweet by saying: We will see it with everyone else involved in this lie and corruption in court. ”
Freeme Digital also said it would delete the rest of Wisekid content on its platform.
